Designed to work with existing Wi-Fi networks, the Aastra 312w offers a powerful, flexible, feature rich SIP handset that is supported on a wide variety of Access Points and Call Control platforms. Suitable for small, medium and large enterprise environments, the Aastra 312w increases business productivity by providing secure and seamless voice services for mobile workforces. With handset features such as high resolution large color display, handsfree operation, headset jack, vibrating alert and removable memory card, the Aastra 312w offers a very affordable and scalable mobility solution for any business requirement.

Aastra 312w Features

• Feature Rich Handset - The Aastra 312w offers a large, backlit color display, backlit keypad, speakerphone for handsfree operation, 30 ring tones, vibrating alert, alarm/wake up function and a variety of alerter tones for low battery, out of range and more. It also employs a removable memory card that contains all user information, including user profile and password information to facilitate easy transfer from one handset to another. With a 100 name/number directory, callers list and redial list, the 312w offers all the features of your desk phone in the palm of your hand.
  
• Scalability - Operating on your existing wireless data network, with no license fees involved, the Aastra 312w delivers a cost effective, simple, scalable solution that allows additional handsets to be added at any time to provide office, retail and warehouse workers with mobile access.
• Flexible Deployment - The Aastra 312w is easily deployed and has been successfully tested with a wide variety of Call Control platforms and AP’s. As part of Aastra’s SIP based phone portfolio, it is compatible with most open-standard IP environments. In addition, the Aastra 312w provides 5 selectable profiles, allowing the same handset to operation in multiple environments.
  
• Security and Ease of Management - Offering state of the art security, the Aastra 312w is equipped with the tools to provide superior network support. From site survey mode to network tools such as ping and trace route, the handset helps to resolve any network related issues. In addition, the handset supports Fast Roaming, is DHCP configurable and supports firmware updates over the air.
