Eicon Networks Today Eicon Networks, founded in 1984, provides media processing hardware and software that enable developers and system integrators to deliver applications for voice, speech, conferencing, VoIP, fax and IP based solutions. Eicon’s flagship Diva Server products share a powerful common architecture along with a wide range of tools for developers and market leading support. Headquartered in Montreal, Eicon’s Research and Development centers are based in Canada, Germany and Ireland develop products which today have an installed base of over 3 million units. With an extensive product line the new Dialogic is committed to serving its customers with the emphasis on quality, service and ease of doing business - all backed by industry leading support. Dialogic has over 20 offices worldwide providing local presence, knowledge and support. To ensure a smooth integration of the businesses, the new Dialogic and Intel will work together during a transition period in order to ensure that product supply and support is essentially ‘business as usual’ for all customers. The new Dialogic plans to move quickly to fully integrate operations.
