Contact us doesn't work.. It fails stating I haven't typed in the matching image. But, there is no image provided for me to type. I'm guessing this is a spam prevention system that isn't setup correctly. Here what I was trying to ask:

Forgot to mention - we standardized on FedEx due to overall reliability & better rates....i realize that others have different experiences, but for us FedEx worked out best....
