Grandstream GXE-5024 IPPBX Issues
We waited until the general release to buy a Grandstream GXE-5024 and while it's long on promise, it does appear to have issues as of firmware (1.0.0.52) that make it feel like it should still be in alpha or beta testing. The biggest problem is that we can't get voicemail to take a message. Whether we use Grandstream phones or various softphones, when an extension is called, the greeting will play and then it simply hangs up the phone. It doesn't matter if this is an extension to extension call or from an outside call.
Has anyone else got this working? And if so, what firmware are you running? Thanks much! - Jim
