The Linksys PAP2T-NA Analog Adapter unit is not locked to any service provider and is fully compatible with Asterisk - The PAP2T is the new replacement model for the Linksys PAP2-NA and has (2) FXS ports, twice the memory, and the PAP2T sports a new improved configuration interface that rocks!

The Linksys PAP2T-NA Phone Adapter enables high-quality feature-rich telephone service through your cable or DSL Internet connection. Just plug it into your home Router or Gateway and use the two standard telephone jacks to connect your existing phones or fax machines. Each phone jack operates independently, with separate phone service and phone numbers -- like having two phone lines. With an appropriate Internet telephone service provider, you'll get clear telephone reception with the PAP2T and reliable fax connections, even while using the PAP2T & the Internet at the same time for normal data operations.

The Linksys PAP2T-NA Analog Adapter is not locked to any VoIP service and is Asterisk compatible. The Linksys PAP2T-NA Phone Adapter gives you excellent feature rich telephony service through your DSL or cable broadband Internet connection.
